Shipping
After your order has been placed, we will notify you by email and WhatsApp to confirm your order.
Following confirmation, your products undergo meticulous inspection to ensure they are in impeccable condition. Upon passing our stringent quality checks, they are packed and entrusted to our reliable delivery partner.
For Cash on Delivery orders, both an order confirmation email and WhatsApp message will be sent to you. Please note that your order request will only be processed upon confirmation via email or mobile.
We typically dispatch most orders within 1-4 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

Estimated delivery time is 5-8 business days from the date of your order.
Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order before shipment, please contact us at info@vollsante.com to initiate your cancellation request. We will respond within 24 working hours.
For cancellations after dispatch, kindly notify us of your reason and refuse the delivery upon arrival. Once our delivery partner marks the shipment status as 'RTO (Return to Origin) initiated,' we will proceed with your refund.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment account within 5 to 7 business days.
If you made the payment using a credit/debit card or through net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account used for payment. For cash on delivery transactions, we will initiate a bank transfer to the account details provided by you.
Return policy
Returns will only be accepted for products damaged in transit, products with physical defects, or incorrect products shipped. To initiate a return, please email us photos of the damaged or incorrect product within the specified timeframe.
Returns will not be accepted if the product has been used, the seal is broken, or the serial number has been tampered with. If the product is deemed badly damaged upon examination, we will arrange a reverse pick-up.
Please allow 1-2 working days for us to process your return request. Upon receiving your product(s), we will verify the claim and proceed with the replacement process based on stock availability.
Please note that replacement is subject to stock availability.
